Project Scope

J&Y provided all engineering for a system that met all contractual requirements for evaporation and concentration and provided all equipment required for a functional system. This included evaporators, heat exchangers, blowers, tanks, pumps, valves, instrumentation, PLC control system, structural steel members and piping to achieve the required result.

Results

The project was fast track and required engineering and equipment supply in 7 months. To assist in expediting the installation, partial shipments were made. After a 3 month installation period, the equipment was commissioned fully tested in 6 weeks. The system exceeded the design economy and was immediately accepted and placed in full production.
